1. How long does it take to fill an order?

It takes approximately 2 weeks to complete your order, including shipping.

2. Do you have rush service available?

Yes. Express shipping is an option at check-out. It may take up to 2 days depending on the delivery location. Keep in mind; we must still go through the design and approval process prior to shipping.

3. Can I put a photo on any design?

Yes. You can submit the photo via email. You can submit a scanned photo but remember to take in consideration that the scanned picture on the wrapper may be of a lesser quality than a picture taken with a digital camera. Please be sure to scan all pictures at 300 dpi or higher and save as “jpg” files.

You will need to approve the proof on the wrapper before I can process your order. If it is a photo taken by a professional photographer (Sears, JC Penny, etc) please send the release form from the photographer. You can also mail the photo to me and I will send it back to you with your order.

4. When will the process of my order begin?

Once your order is received, we will email you a proof. We will not begin to print your wrapper design until you approve the proof. Please take the time to proofread your sample carefully. We are not responsible for any errors found after you approve your sample.

5. What type of paper do you use for eco-friendly theme?

Kromekote presentation paper (95 Brightness, 32 lbs) for inkjet. It´s eco-features are chlorine free and acid free.

We use andXerox® 110-Lb Recycled White Index Card Stock, 8 1/2 X 11 card stock for lollipops and matchbooks. The Xerox card stock is acid-free paper and contains 20% postconsumer recycled content.

6. What if I have a specific image in mind but I don’t see it on your website. Can you custom design my wrapper?

Yes. There is no additional charge for us to custom design your wrapper. If you already have an image or business logo, you can send it to us via email and we will put it on the wrapper as long as it is not copyright protected.

7. If I order the wrappers and the foil, is it difficult to wrap them with candy bars?

No, it is not difficult. All you need is tape and glue stick. You can click on How to Wrap for pictured instructions.

8. Do I need to add sales tax?

If you are a Texas resident, you need to add 8.25% tax. If the purchase is outside of Texas, you don’t need to add sales tax.

9. Will I be able to view my order before you start the process?

Yes. We will send you a proof of your order. After you view your proof, you need to send us an approval to begin processing the order. We will send you a confirmation via email after we received your approval to process the order. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 1 business day, please contact immediately to confirm that we received your email approval on your order.

10. Will you ship pre-assembled chocolate?

Yes. Please read our Warm Weather Shipping Policy at the bottom of this page.

We are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address, packages damaged due to recipients not being home, shipping delays, or any circumstances beyond our control.

11. What types of candy do you use?

For regular orders, we use 1.55 oz Hershey’s or Nestle Crunch candy bars. We also have special Dagoba organic chocolate candy bars which is wrapped in gold foil ends that we can use for any “green” orders. However, due to higher costs, these organic candy bars are a little more expensive. Please visit the About Our Candy page for more information about our products.

We use Hershey's Assorted Miniatures for our mini candy bar wrappers. The miniatures come in an assortment of Milk Chocolate, Krackel, Mr. Goodbar, and Special Dark. All the miniatures are wrapped with silver foil with the exception of Special Dark chocolate is wrapped with gold foil ends.

12. Can you use copyright characters on the wrappers?

No, we cannot use copyright characters such as Disney characters, Strawberry Shortcake, etc. due to protected copyrights.

13. What method of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, E-checks, and PayPal payments through PayPal. For your security, PayPal is one of the safest ways to make online purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. However, if you prefer to send a check or money order, you can mail the payment to the P.O. Box address on the home page. We will begin processing your order once the check has cleared.

14. Will I be able to get a refund on my order?

There will not be any refund or cancellations once the order is printed and shipped.

15. Can I use go green themes in other occasion?

Yes you can. There will be an option for you to chose go green. By choosing this option, you elected to use eco-friendly paper for your wrapper and recycled cardstock paper for mintbooks and lollipops. Because of the higher cost of the eco-friendly paper, there will be a 10¢ per wrapper charge for this option. We offer “go green” through the use of paper or themes such as green baby shower and green weddings.
Maddie's Wrappers will use the globe symbol to indicate eco-friendly products and green leaf for organic products.

16. Do you have additional items aside from personalized candy wrappers?

Yes. We offer scratch off game cards that can be used for games at birthdays and showers or you can send a personal message using these cards as well. Also, we will be adding more items to the Other Party Favors area of our site in the near future. So please check back with us.

 

Warm Weather Shipping Policy:

During warm weather (70+ degrees) months, we recommend that you purchase wrappers only because chocolate melts in warm weather. If you chose pre-assembled candy bars, we will do our best to package your purchase with extra caution but we cannot guarantee the chocolate will not melt and the handling of the package once it is released to the Post Office.

You will need to choose Express Mail for the shipping method. Once the package is received, place the package in a cool area, not the freezer or refrigerator. Please handle the chocolates only after the package has completely cooled down.
